The consortium Office Building Koenneritzstr. 29 - 33 built the above mention building under the technical management of the Philipp Holzmann AG for the Allianz - Immobilien GmbH.

In the course of the construction works, disagreement arose between the contracting partners regarding the reinforcement steel consumption. The partners agreed upon obtaining expert advise on the matter. Leonhardt, Andrä und Partner was entrusted by the consortium Könneritzstraße with the expertise on the reinforcement steel consumption.

In the first version of the expertise on 2000-07-26, the basics for the expertise were determined. These basics were inspected by the Allianz-Immobilien GmbH and the consortium Könneritzstr. and adapted together.

In the expertise, the adapted basics are compiled. In addition, opinions are given to the questions by the contracting partners regarding the causes and responsibilities for the reinforcement steel consumption.

Description of the Building:
The building has a 1-storey underground parking garage with plant rooms and storage rooms. At ground floor level, alternatively to the planned office use, areas for special uses may be accommodated. Another 4 normal storeys and 2 upper floors are used exclusively for office and administration functions.

The dimensions of the floor plan are 30 m x 90 m. The bottom edge is situated at -7.50 m. The maximum ground water level is stated with -2.68 m. The building height is staggered to a maxinum of +24.5 m.

The building is desigend in its main supporting structure as a reinforced concrete steel frame construction. As a rule, jointless flat slabs are used. The stabilisation is done by shear walls in form of the staircase cores and lift cores. Next to exterior pillars of reinforced concrete, the interior pillars of composite steel are used for the load transfer. The ceiling spans are as a rule less than 8.0m.
